1. General provisions
1.1. The General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter GTC) summarize the contractual content on the basis of which Hírös-Team Kft. – Villa Sole (8630 Balatonboglár, Bocskai u. 4.), (hereinafter Service Provider) generally concludes an accommodation contract with its Guests.
1.2. Individual terms and conditions do not form part of these GTC, but they do not preclude the conclusion of separate, special agreements with travel agents and organizers, sometimes with different terms and conditions appropriate to the given business.
2. Contracting Parties
2.1. The services provided by the Service Provider are used by the Guest. If the Guest submits the order for the services directly to the Service Provider, the Guest will be the Contracting Party. The Service Provider and the Guest together, if the conditions are met, become contractual parties (hereinafter: Parties).
2.2. If the order for the services is handed over to the Service Provider by a third party (hereinafter referred to as the Intermediary) on behalf of the Guest, the conditions of cooperation are regulated by the agreement between the Service Provider and the Intermediary. In this case, the Service Provider is not obliged to examine whether the third party legally represents the Guest.
3. Method and conditions of using the service
3.1. At the oral or written request of the Guest, the Service Provider will always send a written offer. If no specific order is received within 24 hours from the sending of the offer, the Service Provider’s termination of the offer is terminated.
3.2. The Contract is concluded only with the written confirmation of the Guest’s reservation submitted by the Service Provider, and thus it qualifies as a Contract concluded in writing.
3.3. An oral reservation, agreement, modification or its verbal confirmation by the Service Provider is not of contract value.
3.4. The contract for the use of the accommodation service is for a specified period.
3.5. If the Guest leaves the room permanently before the expiry of the specified period, the Service Provider is entitled to the full consideration for the service stipulated in the Contract. The Service Provider is entitled to resell the room vacated before the expiry date.
3.6. The condition for using the accommodation service is that the guests must prove their identity in accordance with the legal regulations, before occupying the room. No one can stay at the hotel without notice.
4. Start and end of accommodation
4.1. The Guest has the right to occupy the rented premises from 14.00 on the agreed day.
4.2. In the event that the Guest does not show up by 18.00 on the agreed day, the Service Provider has the right to withdraw from the contract unless a later arrival date has been set.
4.3. The Guest must leave the room by 10:00 on the day of departure.
5. Prices
5.1. The current prices of the apartments can be found on the website of Villa Sole (www.villasole.hu).
5.2. The Service Provider may change the announced prices without prior notice. If the Guest has booked accommodation and it has been confirmed in writing by the Service Provider, the Service Provider may not change this accommodation price.
5.3. Prices do not include tourist tax.
5.4. The price of the ordered services can be paid on the spot in cash, by credit card or OTP, K&H, or MKB Széchenyi Pihenőkártya, or by bank transfer.
6. Prepayment
The condition for finalizing the reservation is to transfer 50% of the reservation value in advance. The deposit be received within 3 days of booking.
7. Cancellation Policy
The Guest must always notify the Service Provider of the cancellation in writing.
The reservation can be canceled more than 10 days before arrival without penalty. In case of cancellation within 10 days prior to arrival, the amount paid to the Guest as a deposit will not be refunded. In case of no-show, 100% of the total price will be charged.
8. Refusal to perform the contract, termination of the service obligation
8.1. The Service Provider is entitled to terminate the Contract for the accommodation service with immediate effect if:
– the Guest does not use the provided apartment or the facility for the intended purpose;
– the Guest behaves in a manner that is objectionable, rude, under the influence of alcohol or drugs, threatening, abusive or other unacceptable behavior with the safety and order of the accommodation, its employees;
– the Guest suffers from an infectious disease;
– the Contractor fails to pay the advance specified in the Contract by the specified date;
8.2. Any cause or circumstance (for example: fire, flood, weather, lack of electricity, risk of epidemic, etc.) over which the party has no control (force majeure) shall be relieved of any obligation under the Contract until such time or circumstance there.
9. Pets
Pets are not allowed in the apartments.
10. Damage
The complete exterior and interior of the house and all its accessories are the exclusive property of Villa Sole. Theft or any damage will result in automatic legal action and compensation.
By submitting the reservation, the GTC will be automatically accepted.
